I started working on Office's design research team in May 2015. I'm currently working on intelligent features across the Office suite and working on two small teams incubating new hardware projects.

I spent roughly a year working with design to improve customer acquisition and retention. My work is currently being used to inform an end-to-end redesign of Office's purchase and first run experiences.
